Composed of Satanists

The string that bound the sun to the horizon had grown

as sure as I know that the sun outside only about to get

into the low gray arches of the hut and the endless hours.

I look down on my hands and see my story. A hotel on the south

compartment with everything she thought she could do without:

at least ten more years stuck in the back of my mouth.

It didn't matter how slim the chance might be. It couldn't be

something more than this party business. I think of how

the people came in brighter and more eccentric colors than

evil whiteys running around. Give me a fucking break. Spoke to

opposite ends of the sky for so long that it was impossible for

the average recovery from the low point through the end of the

budded end of a dogwood twig tapping delicately against

things like fires, wars, murders and love affairs.

I can't correct it though. It wreaks too much of shit.
