Mendacious Deceit, Naturally Essenced

You aint needing nothing from me. You just being big-hearted

to direct an explosion sideways, instead of out of the hole,

at least we hoped—there wouldn’t be any more mudholes

to help the family make ends meet. In the fall, the

last spumy upfling against the arduous humdrum of day-by-day

had become wealthy in real estate, recently sold

if I give him nothing. Which I aint. Which if you knows

a bit of sense for the company to purchase the maps,

would probably be the last of all to vanish into the darkness

to accumulate attractive fields and add to reserves

like the black eye or the cut mouth, whichever one

is in an increasingly precarious position.
