The Perpetual Inadequacy of Accumulation

I couldn't see it for wearing it. It was only when I was off

I got both of ’em here. Think I’d let you carry your own work

where the dances are to be held by the fires. Huge

chickens. And when it rains in the winter, we’ll just say

Ah wanted tuh an' went on 'bout mah business.

Bill and me worked in that patch of field peas. Run

'round to see if de coast was clear and loped off, and

I tell ya a guy gets too lonely an' he gets sick

when de wind woman calls her lost babies

and she lay still. "I don't want to hurt you."

There was no talking. We went at once to

a piece of pie you always got half or more'n half

around three times over incense that has been.
